Tag: Term 3 production

This year we did the production we were going to do it last year but it got cancelled so that was sad for me last year. We started in term 3 and we were going to perform around the end of the term.  I played a character called Ms Grimshaw she was a part of the ERO team trying to close down Foxton Beach School. There were two other people in the ERO team Miss Blunt (Cybelle) and the safety inspector (Fraiser). We practised nearly every lunchtime and when we got near a week till the production we started practising during our class time. I learnt all my lines in about 3 weeks and I think I had 45 lines to learn. Every class had to do a dance as well as learning lines. I also had to learn a Cotton Eye Joe dance. We had 3 shows to do, the first one was during the day and the other two were at night. Before we started we had to put on makeup and get dressed in our costumes. It was great fun and I really enjoyed it. I struggled learning all my lines in time and learning the songs. My favourite part of doing it was performing.Have you ever been in a production?
